The former British military officer said  ex-President Mahama could have simply called on his polling agents to be ‘vigilant’, but, to further it with a “do or die” comment goes to suggest that he ( Mahama) must be declared the winner at all cost. What will he do if he is declared the loser in 2024?. Having suffered 2 defeats, he shouldn’t be surprised if Ghanaians reject him for the 3rd time.

“ I will urge Ghanaians to come together and let’s push the current administration to deliver on their promises”.

“What is good for the goose is equally good for the gander”. I’m happy that a lot of Ghanaians have expressed their disgust about the ‘do or die’ comment by ex -prez Mahama. Same was done when then aspirant Nana Akufo- Addo made the “all die be die” comment. Our democracy has reached a consolidation stage and such unguarded statements by desperate presidential hopefuls should not be tolerated.

The recent influxes of multi-national companies setting up plants in Ghana can be attributed to far we have protected our democracy and the vision and direction of our current leaders.

We are not there yet, but its obvious the future looks good for Ghana and hence the need to protect our peaceful environment amidst turmoil in neighboring countries. Ex -Prez Mahama must accept defeat and stop blaming everyone including his own polling agents some of whom he branded as illiterates and the cause of his 2020 election defeat.

Same Mahama on another breathe, blames the electoral commission and even the supreme. He seems to forget that his party could produce their own collated results/figures contrary to that of the EC.

He could have simply called on his polling agents to be ‘vigilant’, but, to further it with a “do or die” comment goes to suggest that he Mahama must be declared the winner at all cost. What will he do if he is declared the loser in 2024?. Having suffered 2 defeats, he shouldn’t be surprised if Ghanaians reject him for the 3rd time.

I will urge Ghanaians to come together and let’s push the current administration to deliver on their promises. The only way to reach our goal is to maintain peace. We can’t afford to plunge ghana into war and chaos simply because someone thinks he deserves another term in office at all cost.

Ex prez Mahama  criticized the EC and gov’t for the deaths at certain polling stations during election 2020. Ndc even branded Lydia as a bloody widow for injuries Sustained by people during the Ayawaso by-elections.

This same Manama then turns round and tells his polling agents to either ‘do or die’ at polling stations. Why preach virtue and turn to practice vice?.As a state man, ex prez Mahama should know better  and leave such utterances to serial callers. Let’s do matured politics devoid of violence. ##Ghana first.
