I don’t get this. Are parents being compelled to send their wards to Free SHS?
If you can spend GHS3000 on provisions for your child and pay additional GHS2000 as some hidden fees, why is your child still in an institution where Free SHS is being implemented?
With such a pocket filled with affluence, such a parent can send his or her child to some of these private or international schools.
You describe Free SHS as a low quality product, you have enough cash to burn, so why not send your ward elsewhere since the Constitution of the Republic of Ghana does not restrain you from straying into other schools which are privately known?
Some people are on a mission to discredit this all-important policy. They are doing everything humanly possible to paint a bleaker picture of Free SHS when the facts don’t support their wild claims!
And the sad aspect of this is that we have media houses leading this evil adventure of bringing down this singular most important policy in our history.
