John Jinapor and his emotional tantrums are like a horse and a carriage. He is always making submissions based on emotions but not on facts.

He is in the studios of Asempa FM saying the young, intelligent, affable and competent Attorney General, Godfred Yeboah Dame, did a shoddy job with the arbitration issue.

A layman who has no scintilla of knowledge is trying to create the impression that Godfred Dame doesn’t know his job and that he, Jinapor can do a better job on the matter.

When one first goes to court over a matter, it does not necessarily mean that the case is won by him or her. He first came out to censure the Government over the matter, saying the Attorney General slept on the job.

Godfred Dame comes out with the fine details of the matter in issue and he is shifting goalposts and wandering in the wilderness with matters unrelated to the judgment debt.

What he fails to deny is the fact that these reckless actions were taken by them without recourse to proper arrangements and procedures. The judgment debt is to be put at the doorstep of the NDC.
