JoyNews and its siblings are manipulating Kaaka’s family to stay away from the Committee.
The media outfit’s unprofessional conduct and reportage have come under severe criticism at the committee’s hearing.
This has mortified the outfit so much so that many a discerning person is raising issues with their claim to perfection in the work they do.
JoyNews and its friends reported that Kaaka was a member of the fixthecountry advocacy group and that his anti-government sentiments culminated in his murder.
Meanwhile, police at the time had not launched investigations into the matter but JoyNews and its affiliates were all over the place creating the impression that they knew who had killed Kaaka.
One ridiculous news item I have chanced upon is this claim by Kaaka’s family that he was a member of the fixthecountry advocacy group.
Was it not his elder brother who told the whole world on Citi FM’s EyeWitness News with host Umaru Sanda Amadu that Kaaka was not a member of the group?
Where from this new but twisted narrative coming from now? So the family can’t be consistent on this matter?
It is that simple, JoyNews is spoon-feeding and remote-controlling the family to change their earlier storyline. If the family’s old narrative is allowed to roam about, it’d go a long way into solidifying the fact that indeed Kaaka was neither a member of fixthecountry nor was he killed by hired agents of the government.
Their mantra We Are Joy is in jeopardy. Their Ghana CNN status is under siege. They will do anything to protect their image which appears tattered in the face of this Ejura debacle.
