The NDC has been running riots with the claim that the Assin North Parliamentary election’s verdict is nothing but a travesty of justice.

They say the verdict is frivolous, unfair and an affront to the rule of law being practiced in Ghana.

They say it is politically motivated judgment since it involves an NDC member.

The Supreme Court, in a decision, has ruled in favour of Stephen Opuni. The Court says JSC Clemence Huyenugu cannot preside over Opuni’s case.

Will the NDC say that this is also a travesty of justice? Would they accuse the Supreme Court of bias?

When a verdict meets their happy agreement, they welcome it but when it goes against them, then it is an injustice served them! Hypocrites!
