THE PRESIDENTIAL JET CONTROVERSY: IGNORE THE EVIL ANTICS OF OKUDZETO ABLAKWA

The self-acclaimed Aircraft Engineer, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has argued that the persistent engine failure of Ghana’s Presidential Jet is “nothing to worry about” because the jet has three engines so when one seizes, the other two engines will function.
He added that the engine failure of the Jet started from 2014 (over 6 years) yet the then President used it.

His argument baffles your understanding right?

Don’t be surprised hearing this from no other person than Okudzeto Ablakwa.

He is a smart guy. Oh yes!
Wasn’t it this same Okudzeto Ablakwa who told the late President John Evan Atta Mills to jog at the Kotoka International Airport contrary to Mills doctor’s advise when he landed at the Airport returning from a ten (10) day medical check-up in the US?

Was it not this same Okudzeto Ablakwa who called on phone asking Mr. Martin Amidu to pay US$1.3 million judgment debt to a petitioner (Isofoton) when the case was still in court?

He is good at dribbling the elderly and those in authority to get what he wants.

Mr. Okudzeto keeps arguing that France bought its Presidential jet in 2010, the same year Ghana bought its jet so, he does not understand why President Emmanuel Macron of France still uses that jet while President Akufo-Addo doesn’t want to use Ghana’s Presidential jet.

Some sensible questions to ask Mr. Know It All Ablakwa is whether the two (2) Presidential jets share the same qualities?, whether they were manufactured by the same company? and whether France has ever recorded engine seizure(s) of its Presidential jet? The answers are NO.

If Ghana had been the US, France, Canada, Germany and the rest, the country would have procured a new Presidential jet the very moment the engine of the one in use failed.

We cannot joke with the life of our President in a faulty aircraft.

Do you remember the late Kobe Bryant? We wept when his unfortunate accident happened.
Do you remember Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha (deceased), the late owner of Leicester City?

If Hon. Okudzeto Ablakwa wishes same for President Akufo-Addo then he should forget it.

The President hired a jet to Germany not for merrymaking. He returned home with over 1.5 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines. Yet, Mr. Okudzeto has nothing to appreciate about the journey than to talk about the hiring of a jet.

His hypocrisy baffles the devil.
