WHO SHOULD GET KAAKA JUSTICE WHEN HIS FAMILY ARE UNWILLING TO GIVE THEIR TESTIMONIES?
Deep affliction engulfed Ghana in general and your family in particular because Kaaka, your blood, had been murdered by an unknown person.
When he was found dead, many, including you yourselves, pointed accusing fingers at some people you claim were close to the DCE.
Thanks to some irresponsible journalists, their false reportage of who might have killed Kaaka and for what led to hundreds of Ejura youth storming the streets in violent protests against the security forces. Unfortunately, two more people died.
A fact-finding committee has been set up to look into the circumstances leading to the duo being killed.
Kaaka is the epicentre of this whole unfortunate situation and you, his family, have been invited by the committee to appear before it to give your side of the matters pertaining to Kaaka and the duo.
You have told the committee that you will not honour the invitation because you detect some prejudices.
So why have you been crying for justice? Who do you want to get your dearly departed Kaaka the justice you have been clamouring for him?
You detect prejudices because the Police’s preliminary investigations reveal that another son of the family committed that atrocious crime against Kaaka!
So to you, justice will only be served when the wrong person is accused and established to have masterminded and killed Kaaka but not the one being cited to have committed the crime?
Come and cry again about justice for Kaaka if you don’t appear before the committee and give your versions of the events which led to those incidents in Ejura.
The committee must subpoena the family of Kaaka to appear before it with their testimonies!
